Reporting Policy

We have a 48-hour reporting policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return, refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Supported with a mandatory unboxing video
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at zone.crm@solarsales.in
Please note that complaints are accepted only on this official email ID.

Returns will need to be sent to the following address (only if approved):

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and record a clear unboxing video showing:
- The sealed package before opening
- The full unboxing process
- Visible damage (if any)
The unboxing video is mandatory. Claims without proper video proof might get rejected. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preference
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Opened or used products without valid damage proof
- Sale items or gift cards

 

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your claim. 
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

In case the issue is from our side (such as damaged, defective, or incorrect product shipped), we will always make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter by offering a replacement with the correct product.

However, if the customer refuses or rejects the order at the time of delivery:
- Only the item amount will be eligible for refund.
- Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at zone.crm@solarsales.in with your Order ID for assistance.
